How it works

Methodology

  1. Phase 1

    Perceive

Each mind reads its own army, supply and territory, plus the strength of every rival and the level of global escalation.

  2. Phase 2

    Weigh

A doctrine-shaped network scores seven actions — strike, defend, supply, aid, industry, diplomacy, evade — into a probability readout.

  3. Phase 3

    Commit

One action is sampled from that readout. The choice is locked in and resolved simultaneously with every other nation.

  4. Phase 4

    Consequence

Damage, aid and truces ripple across the map. Nations that lose their army or home territory are defeated and go dark.

Every turn lasts eight seconds of real time and six simulated hours. A campaign runs for 720 turns, then the world resets and a new campaign begins.
